Congrats to the girl's tennis team. The team started their WPIAL Section 3 season defeating Penn Hills 5-0 at the Boyce Park tennis courts. Winning singles position matches was Lara Garrett, Tali Blitstein and Ila Waldrup. The winning doubles teams were Oliwia Saykiewicz and Claire Bertolet and Myla Halasz and Ivy Echols. The team had a scrimmage exhibition match at the Schenley Oval on Tuesday against Oakland Catholic to prepare for the section season.
